Thank you for participating in the Play beta product and helping us with our early stage development. This notice is to inform our community that we have sunset Play as of April 6, 2026.

We wanted to say thank you to all of our early participants, and so we will be returning all fees used to purchase Play Evaluations. You were instrumental in helping us test the product, and we hope this gesture helps to reaffirm our commitment to building a long-lasting community relationship.

All users eligible for a refund have been contacted directly via the email address associated with their Play account, providing instructions on how to receive their funds. Refunds must be claimed by May 4th, 2026 and will be processed by May 29th, 2026.

If you believe you should receive a refund but have not yet received communication from our team, please contact us for direct assistance.
